Our olive oil of the Memecik variety has an extremely low acidity (0.24%) – only through the most careful processing we achieve this value. The fruity and pungent taste of Memecik is a testimony to its high content of polyphenols (399.5 mg/kg), which help to protect blood lipids from oxidative stress. Even the daily consumption of 20 g of this delicious oil has a beneficial effect.

Our olive oil of the Gemlik variety has a very low acidity (0.18%) – only through the most careful processing we achieve this value. Also our oil of the Gemlik variety is from early harvested fruits and therefore it tastes very intensive and burns, purely enjoyed, something in the throat – a very good sign, this proves nevertheless the high Polyphenolgehalt (401,6 g/kg), which makes the olive oil so healthy.

This season we have bottled our Gemlik oil in canisters of 3l – they preserve the aroma as long as possible and to protect the valuable oil from premature oxidation. You can be sure that quality and taste will come to your home pure and unimpaired.

“Aegean Blend” Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil – 500 ml

You can taste the healthy diversity of the Miletus oil mountain in our new variety.
Susam oil olives, Kara Zeytin (known as Kalamata) and a small portion of Memecik and wild olives (Delice) we have composed into an excellent premium oil.

For Aegean Blend we have again pressed only early and hand-harvested olives, which were also hand-picked beforehand at the sorting table. Therefore, as with all our oils, the acidity is very low, only 0.27%.
Our Aegean Blend variety is this season our oil with the highest polyphenol content again, it is a proud 497.4 mg/kg.

This season we have bottled our blend after harvest in black glas bottles to preserve the aroma as long as possible and to protect the valuable oil from premature oxidation.
