Susam oil olives, Kara Zeytin (known as Kalamata) and a small portion of Memecik and wild olives (Delice) we have composed into an excellent premium oil.

For Aegean Blend we have again pressed only early and hand-harvested olives, which were also hand-picked beforehand at the sorting table. Therefore, as with all our oils, the acidity is very low, only 0.40%.
Our Aegean Blend variety’s polyphenol content is 403 mg/kg.

This season we have filled our blend after harvest in canisters to preserve the aroma as long as possible and to protect the valuable oil from premature oxidation.
